This User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions of use of the VinTes site (where you are now) and its services (hereinafter the “VinTes”) by Internet users (hereinafter the “Site Users”).

By voluntarily providing your Personal information, the Site user automatically gives consent to the processing of personal data by the Administration of the Site, in accordance with applicable law on the protection of personal data.

When processing personal data of the VinTes User the Administration of VinTes is obliged to take all steps prescribed by applicable law to protect such data from unauthorized access.
However, due to certain circumstances, for example, theft or unauthorized access to materials, personal data of the VinTes User can become available to other parties.
The VinTes User hereby agrees that he/she will not have any claims to the VinTes Administration in this respect.
Administration is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in processing or transmission, failure of communication lines, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to materials posted on the Site or in any other location.
Administration is not responsible for any technical failures or other problems with any telephone networks or services, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or telephone equipment, software, failure of email services or scripts for technical reasons.
- By giving their personal information in VinTes the VinTes User voluntarily makes the entered personal information available to the public and any other user can freely learn about it.
The VinTes User agrees that all personal information entered by the User upon registration in VinTes as well as personal information provided by the User in VinTes after registration and upon leaving a comment in VinTes is processed according to the current legislation on personal information.
The User agrees that by visiting VinTes, the User/legal representative of an underage User confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms of this agreement, agrees and undertakes to comply with them. If the User does not fully agree with all terms of this agreement, the User agrees to immediately stop using VinTes and all its services.
3. When a VinTes User provides his/her Personal Data, the VinTes Administration may process it, unless stated otherwise, by storing, organizing, collecting, accumulating, specifying, using, depersonalizing, and transferring this information in order to research customer needs and improve the quality of VinTes products and services.
- The User can terminate this User Agreement unilaterally at any time and withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by contacting the VinTes Administration at any of the contacts published in VinTes.
If the User withdraws consent to processing his/her personal data and/or terminates the User Agreement upon initiative of either party, the personal data shall be deleted by the Administration within Z0 (thirty) days upon withdrawal of consent and/or termination of the Agreement.
- We collect and process the following personal data (depending on the functionality of the pages of the site): pseudonyms, names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, social media profiles, home addresses or parts thereof, avatars and photographs.
